Welcome to Intimate Weddings and Events! Thank you so much for visiting!

This blog was created for busy brides and event organizers planning intimate weddings and events who are overwhelmed with the planning process. I’ve been coordinating and managing events for over six years and successfully planned my intimate wedding in the gorgeous mountains of Georgia in July 2024. My goal is for this blog to provide busy brides and event organizers with resources to plan and execute their intimate celebrations.

Who is this blog for?

Planning a wedding or event while working a 9-to-5 or juggling other priorities? I see you and understand you. It’s not easy juggling vendor calls, decisions, and a packed schedule on top of your daily responsibilities. If you’re feeling overwhelmed with time management (limited availability, packed weekends), decision fatigue (too many choices, second-guessing), communication challenges (vendor hours, delayed responses), and more, you’re in the right place!

If you are doing most of the planning yourself, I am here with real-world tools, honest support, and no-fluff advice. This is a space where your vision matters more than trends and your love story matters more than anyone’s opinion.

What you can expect here:

  • Step-by-step content that makes you feel smart, capable, and in control of your wedding or event plans
  • Honest vendor recommendations
  • A mix of free tools like checklists and guides, plus low-cost digital products that feel like a win
  • Reassurance that your small, intimate wedding and events are just as valid, meaningful, and beautiful as a large one

What I believe in:
Authenticity – staying true to yourself and helping others do the same
Integrity – being honest, ethical, and transparent in everything we do
Initiative – taking action and leading with intention
Creativity – crafting fresh, meaningful experiences that reflect individuality
Respect – honoring all people, ideas, and love stories equally
Connection – creating space for real moments and genuine relationships

Your wedding or event should feel like you. I’m here to make sure it does.

What classifies as an “intimate wedding” or “intimate event?”

On our blog, an intimate wedding/event is a celebration with 64 or fewer guests. If you were thinking of traditional seating, that would equate to eight 60″ rounds.
